The Probable Future

Two probable futures:
Option 1- the Dems will start many investigations of Bush, leading to impeachment. They will abandon the Iraqis and the Israelis to the terrorists. Europe will follow the path to liberalism and surrender. White Europeans will be sold into slavery as sharia law is adopted through out the Caliphate of Eurabia. The Dems will praise the enlightenment of white slavery and how the European women are helping the cause by allowing the Muslim men unrestricted access to 'sex' with women who are dressed sluttily Victorian era garb. My question is how long the conservatives will go before starting a rebellion.

Option 2- The Dems figure out that the Republicans really were not withholding information. They finally figure out that Islam might have some radical elements that want to take away their civil rights! This leads to an understanding with the conservatives and a willingness to actually win. I think of this as the vastly less likely one.

Possibility 3 - Actually the most likely is that Bush will abandon the few conservatives he has left that support him (for the sake of the War), and work with the Dems on an equal footing. He will grant amnesty to ilegles, abandon the southern wall, raise taxes, and tell the Republicans to deal with the new Rulers. In 2008, the Conservatives and Moderates will have had enough and will sweep into power. I honestly think this is now the plan.

Bush will play the role of moderate peacemaker in the US and allow the Dems to do what ever they wish if they keep the war going. This thought just ticks me the heck off!

A funny thing happened on the way from the rally

A funny thing happened on the way from the rally

Once again I am just reading the latest news items and find that the liberals and their pets in the media are getting even more blatant in Canada.

There has never been any doubt about how the Canadian public and press feel about war. They hate it. The Canadians proved their bravery in wars in the distant past, in both World Wars the Canadian forces proved themselves as excellent and brave troops. They did not like war, but they faced the evil and fought.

The key to this article is that when a few Canadians try to have a small Support the Troops that the press either generally ignored them or wondered about who was sponsoring them. Sponsors? These people are just supporting the brave soldiers who are deployed in harms way. Why would they need sponsors?

Admittedly, the anti-war/anti-American rallies all have sponsors. It takes a lot of money to gather that many people full of hate. All of the Islamist, anarchist and communist groups want to been seen as sponsors of the hate filled speech at those rallies.

Once the press started to understand that the For the Troops rally actually was just created by private individuals who really did support the troops, along came a new reporter who "knew" the reason. She knew that if she was holding a rally she could not count on friends and strangers to support her. If someone as wonderful as her could not bring out a crowd, then there must be a hidden sponsor. If there is a sponsor that must be kept hidden, it naturally meant they must be Jews.

Jews, of course, like to kill Arabs. Arabs are Muslims. Muslims are members of the Religion of Peace who need to be protected from insults from the evil Jews. Why protected? Because otherwise they will kill people.

Stupid unthinking bigots really tick me off.

Laura Mansfield translates new comedy tape

New video tape of Abu Yahya al Libi released by As Sahab

Abu Yahya al Libi, an Al Qaeda commander who escaped from the Bagram prison in Afghanistan in July 2005, has emerged as a rapidly rising figure in the Al Qaeda video world, with the release of a third video in as many months by Al Qaeda’s video production arm, As Sahab.

In this seventeen minute video announced on November 1, 2006, on various jihadi message boards, al Libi eulogizes his fellow Bagram escapee Farouq al Iraqi, who was killed several weeks ago in Iraq.

He calls upon Islamic scholars to join in on the battlefield of Jihad, chastising them for their lack of participation.

He claims victory over the Americans is near, asking the following questions of the US:

Here is your number one enemy after they spread their arrogance and conceit has admitted with all humiliation that its decision to go into Iraq was wrong. We ask him, how did you discover that its decision to go into Iraq was wrong and when?

Is it after your planes got tired of flying back and forth carrying thousands coffins of the dirty bodies of the soldiers who were killed by the loyal and faithful? Is it after you wasted all your billions and then found out that the money is going nowhere?

Is it after you discovered that Islamic nation is a nation of belief and principle, sacrifice and power, it is the nation that will never give up its principles, a nation that will never be led by any outsiders.

We tell you that you will discover soon that your decision to go into Afghanistan was wrong too. Know that your support to the state of Israel is wrong as well. Also know that your decision to go to the Arab peninsula, the birthplace of the message and the land of divine inspiration was wrong as well. You still admit and acknowledge that this nation is a nation of steadfastness and sacrifice and undefeated power that will never bow to its enemies despite their tyranny and arrogance. History will give you the lesson about our events, our states and our battles.

I have a real fear that Secretary Rice and her faithful followers will not respond to this video in the way that is really needs to be. Therefore, I am taking upon myself to give an honest assessment of the tape and the translation.

First, I must narrow the translation down to the relevent questions and translate them from the usual broken language of a translated text, to something that I can understand. There will be some minor paraphrasing here because of the limits of translation.

Abu Yahya al Libi wants to know four key points as far as I can tell, these are:
1) Why the Americans have finally decided to retreat from the Arab lands?
2) Is it the thousands of bodies being sent home to America?
3) Is it the billions of dollars wasted trying to uplift the Iraqi people?
4) Or is it that the Americans have finally figured out that Muslims like to live in these conditions and do not like to have modern technology. Except for the tools of war, of course.
This is followed by a rant that might have been written for any low grade action movie about how America will have to regret its involvement in the Arab world, Afganistan, the Arab world and Israel. I think it is a paraphrase of a similar rant in "Austin Powers". Or it is just something repeated to many times in these comedy shorts.

My response is: 1) The US is not retreating. A few people have been calling for surrender since Arabs flew jets into towers a few years ago, but these are the same ones who think the French have a military. Many of these same surrender monkeys also agree with the Imam in Australia that raping women is ok.
2) Thousands of bodies have been sent home. So? We liberated Europe twice and left battle fields littered with thousands more bodies. St Louis is more dangerous than Iraq! If you want to challenge us you need to do something different than we see at home. Maybe challenge us to combat instead of hiding in crowds dressed like a woman. Do you like to dress like a woman?
3) The US has spent billions on ways to make the Iraqi country into a model country for the world. It is too bad that a few men who like to hide behind women and children have been blowing up the afore mentioned women and children in a weak attempt to harm the Americans. Why are you afraid to allow them an education? Why are you afraid to let them talk back to you? Is it that you fear that you might not be able to control them if they slipped out of slavery?
4) The world knows that many Muslims are proud that they have not changed in 500 years. They live the same simple life that their ancestors always have. Too many Muslims would love to live like we do in the West, but are kept enslaved by a lack of education and an enslaving theocracy. If that is what you want, live that way. Do not force your way of life, or death as the case may be, upon your neighbors.

As for the rant: sticks and stones may break my bones, but barbarians can only threaten me. You might be able to harm or kill some of us, but we are winning this war because you only have one trick: death. The Free World is bringing in freedom and democracy. We are allowing people to think for themselves. Mot of these people like this freedom. It is only a few more years until you are finally gone. If you should live that long.

Team Hoyt - Just wow!!

Nothing to say here. Just Wow!!

(Found on blackfive.net)

Strongest Dad in the World
Rick Reilly
Sports Illustrated Issue date: June 20, 2005, p. 88

I try to be a good father. Give my kids mulligans. Work nights to pay for their text messaging. Take them to swimsuit shoots.

But compared with Dick Hoyt, I'm suck.

Eighty-five times he's pushed his disabled son, Rick, 26.2 miles in marathons. Eight times he's not only pushed him 26.2 miles in a wheelchair but also towed him 2.4 miles in a dinghy while swimming and pedaled him 112 miles in a seat on the handlebars -- all in the same day.

Dick's also pulled him cross-country skiing, taken him on his back mountain climbing and once hauled him across the U.S. on a bike. Makes taking your son bowling look a little lame, right?

And what has Rick done for his father? Not much -- except save his life.

This love story began in Winchester, Mass., 43 years ago, when Rick was strangled by the umbilical cord during birth, leaving him brain-damaged and unable to control his limbs.

"He'll be a vegetable the rest of his life," Dick says doctors told him and his wife, Judy, when Rick was nine months old. "Put him in an institution."

But the Hoyts weren't buying it. They noticed the way Rick's eyes followed them around the room. When Rick was 11 they took him to the engineering department at Tufts University and asked if there was anything to help the boy communicate. "No way," Dick says he was told. "There's nothing going on in his brain."

"Tell him a joke," Dick countered. They did. Rick laughed. Turns out a lot was going on in his brain.

Rigged up with a computer that allowed him to control the cursor by touching a switch with the side of his head, Rick was finally able to communicate. First words? "Go Bruins!" And after a high school classmate was paralyzed in an accident and the school organized a charity run for him, Rick pecked out, "Dad, I want to do that."

Yeah, right. How was Dick, a self-described "porker" who never ran more than a mile at a time, going to push his son five miles? Still, he tried. "Then it was me who was handicapped," Dick says. "I was sore for two weeks."

That day changed Rick's life. "Dad," he typed, "when we were running, it felt like I wasn't disabled anymore!"

And that sentence changed Dick's life. He became obsessed with giving Rick that feeling as often as he could. He got into such hard-belly shape that he and Rick were ready to try the 1979 Boston Marathon.

"No way," Dick was told by a race official. The Hoyts weren't quite a single runner, and they weren't quite a wheelchair competitor. For a few years Dick and Rick just joined the massive field and ran anyway, then they found a way to get into the race officially: In 1983 they ran another marathon so fast they made the qualifying time for Boston the following year.

Then somebody said, "Hey, Dick, why not a triathlon?"

How's a guy who never learned to swim and hadn't ridden a bike since he was six going to haul his 110-pound kid through a triathlon? Still, Dick tried.

Now they've done 212 triathlons, including four grueling 15-hour Ironmans in Hawaii. It must be a buzzkill to be a 25-year-old stud getting passed by an old guy towing a grown man in a dinghy, don't you think?

Hey, Dick, why not see how you'd do on your own? "No way," he says. Dick does it purely for "the awesome feeling" he gets seeing Rick with a cantaloupe smile as they run, swim and ride together.

This year, at ages 65 and 43, Dick and Rick finished their 24th Boston Marathon, in 5,083rd place out of more than 20,000 starters. Their best time? Two hours, 40 minutes in 1992 -- only 35 minutes off the world record, which, in case you don't keep track of these things, happens to be held by a guy who was not pushing another man in a wheelchair at the time.

"No question about it," Rick types. "My dad is the Father of the Century."

And Dick got something else out of all this too. Two years ago he had a mild heart attack during a race. Doctors found that one of his arteries was 95% clogged. "If you hadn't been in such great shape," one doctor told him, "you probably would've died 15 years ago."

So, in a way, Dick and Rick saved each other's life.

Rick, who has his own apartment (he gets home care) and works in Boston, and Dick, retired from the military and living in Holland, Mass., always find ways to be together. They give speeches around the country and compete in some backbreaking race every weekend, including this Father's Day.

That night, Rick will buy his dad dinner, but the thing he really wants to give him is a gift he can never buy.

"The thing I'd most like," Rick types, "is that my dad sit in the chair and I push him once."

Deadly Hezbollah chess match - Commentary - The Washington Times, America's Newspaper

Deadly Hezbollah chess match - Commentary - The Washington Times, America's Newspaper

Here I am, looking for something light hearted to read before bed and I find this. What a great laugh! Mainly because of the deep anger it has brough to me.

Once again, Muslims are dying. Now it turns out that they were killed by Hezbollah using Israeli bombs. These peaceful, Allah loving murderous terrorists hid the rockets they used to attack the civilian population of Israel in the homes of unsuspecting Lebanese civilians. I wonder how many of these families were destroyed because of this loathesome tactic?

I wonder when the Religion of Peace will start denouncing tactics like these? Or will they? Will the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) denounce Hezbollah? They have been sending cash to the cold hearted murderers who planned this, will they finally stop supporting terrorists? Of course, since CAIR has yet to condemn the sick Australian Mufti Sheikh Taj Din Al Hilaly for supporting rape, how can they be expected to denounce something as harmless as putting missles next to the baby's crib?

I was asked recently if I hate Islam. Here is my answer, in a very public place so that anyone who wants to know can look it up: No. No more than I hate the Catholic Church before the Reformation. I think that the Catholic Church was misuseing the teaching of Jesus Christ back then and it was torn asunder. I think that the members of the Religion of Peace are responsible for the majority of the violent deaths in the world today. Therefore, the Religion of Peace is not true to itself. Do I hate them? No. It is more of a disgust that they are claiming to be brothers of these scum.

I pity anyone who is foolish enough to try to explain the differences between a moderate muslim and an extreme one. The muslims themselves have a hard time, so hard that I have not heard an explanation yet. I do know that the Koran is easily divided into sections. The first is very peaceful and friendly, the second starts to get violent, and the last section is bloody. The last section also includes many renunciations of things written at the beginning.

I am not going to go into a whole reading and explaination of the Koran right now. That could take a book, not a blog. Suffice it to say that, from my readings, the Koran shifts significantly in character as it goes. The only ones allowed power are the male religious leaders, while women are kept locked in the house much as slaves.

Enough ranting for today. I need to go watch something to cheer me up. Maybe the video tribute to 9/11. At least that is honest.

Mere Rhetoric: More Nazi Imagery on UC Irvine's Campus. Administration on Hate Speech: "One Person's Hate Speech is Another Person's Education".

Mere Rhetoric: More Nazi Imagery on UC Irvine's Campus. Administration on Hate Speech: "One Person's Hate Speech is Another Person's Education".

Nazis on campus? Or Muslims? Why are educators hiding this?

I think that Liberalism has finally started to show its true face. The racist face. The face that says that black people are so genetically inferior that playing on a level playing field with the other races will embarrass them. The face that says that Jews need to be segregated from the rest of humankind. The face that only wants to see liberals alive.

The education establishment has been working its way towards this for years, yet only a few have believed. Liberal educators have for years segregated out the black students for "educational assistance" because of the black "inferiority". Notice that, to prevent the blacks from integrating with the other students, they created special areas of campus for them to live and meet with friends. Who are overwhelming black because other races are not tolerated in the black areas. It has worked so well, that the establishment began segregating the other races the same way. All in the name of encouraging diversity and multiculturalism. Of course.

Now that the races have been segregated for years, and have been having many problems working together because of this, the true agenda is starting to be revealed. Nazis are the model they have been using to promote themselves. The Nazi gun control laws were used to disarm the populace of Germany so that the Jews could be rounded up. In America, these same laws were used (the Nazi laws are the model used in the US) to disarm the populace which is disheartened and afraid.

Americans fear two things: minorities and that the government will take more rights. Instead of having guns plainly visible they have to be hidden. Not from children, who are encouraged to learn about proper weapon safety and handling, but from neighbors who will turn them in as dangerous criminals. Why are there so few true multicultural events? Is it hatred of other races or is it because the participants have been told that they are better than the others? All the events I have attended have been minimally fun, but with an edgy undercurrent.

Why are the liberals encouraging this separation while professing the exact opposite? Obviously to mask their true intentions. I must admit that some liberals might honestly believe the cover and not know better. I hope so at least!

My speculation here might be off. I know a few honestly caring liberals. All too many seem to think that minorities are scum who are too stupid to fend for themselves. Is it any wonder that these same people who think they are superior, also think that fascism is great? If not the old Nazi version, they can now adhere to the trendy new Islamic version. They probably hope that they can be placed in positions of power over the rest of us.

The Fall of France

Expatica - Living in, moving to, or working in France, plus News in English

France will either crack down or fall. I do not think they will make it to the elections next year unless something changes. I do not think they can make it through the winter unless something changes.

An interesting thing to note with these disinterested Muslim youth are that they have no interest in obeying the laws in the country they moved to. It is not even that they are purposely disobeying the laws, they are Islamic Anarchists.

The Islamic Fascists are finding these bored kids who are looking for order and focusing them. They enjoy the new order and that they no longer have to think for themselves. Not that they did much anyway, but now they are being told what to do and they will have a purpose in life, finally.

Of course, the riots lead to more of the locals to despise the intruders, which leads to more laws restricting them, which leads to more riots. The cycle must be broken. A new element must be introduced. If not, there will be a new war in Europe, and the Europeans are not armed any more.

What needs to change? In France, Interior Minister Sarkozy wants to reinvigorate the economy and the people. How? Liberal policies to put more people to work. Why? Because if they are busy, they can't be hanging out on street corners and joining riots. He wants to integrate them.

I think this is great!

Personally, I would also add that no first generation immigrants can claim welfare unless they are injured on the job, and then at half the rate of a citizen. If an immigrant gets injured and can only claim half of what their neighbor is getting, they will have to take the money and move back home. The Euro will go a lot further in Morocco than in Paris. This will also keep the immigrants from coming without jobs. Or if they do, they will be sent back because they can not find one.

Oh, forget it! What Europe needs is a new war anyway. That will invigorate the stagnant economies, and stagnant populations. Or they will die and we will read about them in history books. Right now, they are barely holding their place in the world. They have already given up in so many ways. I am not talking Nationalism, but Euroism. Maybe that will drag them back from the brink. It is all just a dream anyway. They do not have the courage to fight for their own land any more.

Fight or die time. I hate fighting, but the alternative is even worse. Unless you are getting seventy two virgins.

Alabama Liberation Front: RNC anti-Ford ad, deconstructed

Alabama Liberation Front: RNC anti-Ford ad, deconstructed

Here I am checking the blogs and run across this silly ad the Republicans are running in Tennessee. I watched it and realized that it is possibly the most offensive, racist political ad I have ever seen!! What makes it worse is that the Right Wing Bloggers all think it is funny. What is so funny about racism?

Now that I have reiterated the liberal talking points on this, I can just say that I am glad that one of the sides is having fun with the election. It sure isn't the Democrats! They are so desperate to have power again that they would sell their grandmothers into sex slavery if it would help. Well, maybe not that bad, I dismiss the unfounded rumors that some Democratic candidates have been pimping their spouses and children to raise money.

And this is better than the Michael J. Fox ads that are out. I love Michael, don't get me wrong. His disease is rough and I hope that someday a cure might be found. Hopefully in time to allow him to return to acting. The ads he is staring in are not funny. They are sad, and they are wrong.

I live in Missouri and I am voting against putting Cloning as a Right in the State's Constitution. Why? Because it is ridiculous to put this as a Right. Stem Cell research is legal in Missouri, so why does the Constitution need to be changed?

Waterboarding

I just found this cool video that really helps to understanding the debate about torture:

Do I think this is torture? I think it definitely borders upon it! As for people who will make up confessions to get out of being tortured, well, the people the CIA is doing this to are known terrorists, not innocents picked up by mistake. Well, some might be. I might as well admit that it is possible that some terrorists might have placed the weapon into the suspects innocent hands, and forced him to pull the trigger. Or these people, like Khaled Sheikh Mohammed, might have just been framed. It is remotely possible.

The unfortunate reality is that these guys are evil and have information that the military can use so that peoples lives can be saved. Is this torture? I think it worse torture listening to people try to make a clear line beyond which is torture! Once there is a clear line, then the terrorists know exactly how far the interrorgation can go and then cry for a lawyer. They will even start crying for a lawyer and making false claims before they are picked up.

Does torture produce quick answers? Yes, in the case of weak people. No, for the strong. For the strong willed it can take years. In the short term the weak have to be separated from the strong so that information can be told. Then the strong have to be made weak. Sleep deprivation and loud noises, mind games and physical discomfort will make the strong terrorist weak. Then you do this again and get the answers that are needed.

Is a confession obtained this way completely trusted? Not at all! Who would be foolish enough to trust these killers and psychotics? All the information gleaned this way is checked and followed up. This is not just taken as a given. Duh!

Do I advocate torture? No. Would I use it if I knew the man was guilty, had the proof and needed to get information out of him quick? Yes! Terrorists, rapists, kidnappers, pedophiles are all the kind of scum that I agree that torture can be used on. If there is a child or woman missing, or an imminent attack someplace, and the interrogators know what they are looking for, do it!! Get the information as quickly as possible.

I would like to thank Al Gore's Current.TV for providing this footage. They even had a former Navy SEAL, who had been waterboarded in his training, undergo it on camera. It is good to know that the US trains it's SpecOps guys better than the terrorists do. Of course, the fact that this guy knew he could not be killed and that he was going to be done soon might have helped.

Air America Files For Bankruptcy - washingtonpost.com

Air America Files For Bankruptcy - washingtonpost.com

Why has Air America failed? Some say it simply that liberals don't understand how to make money. But that can't be! It's backers are all very successful liberal businessmen. It is true that most liberals can't figure out how to make money, or they would not be the "party of the poor." Keeping the poor poor is very important to the liberal elites in their inherited mansions. However, it is proven that many liberals can make fortunes, so why not Air America?

I think it is because Air America is not very entertaining. I listed once for a day. I was either bored or outraged the whole time. I finally switched over to a classical music station and took a hot shower to relax me.

Liberals can be funny. Al Franken was a pretty good comedian, but his political jokes are not funny. Randi Rhodes tends to be very bitter and Jerry Springer is, well, Springer. I assume that some find him entertaining. These people all have one thing in common. They can find the worst about America and exploit it.

The successful talk radio personalities all seem to have something in common: the ability to find the greatness in people. Whether that greatness is America or elsewhere it does not matter. They will complain about bad things that some people have done, but it is the greatness that they like to talk about.

Limbaugh might have made his mark during the early Clinton administration, but he had already created a successful show years before. He did it by finding the great things in life to discuss. Did he attack Clinton? Yes. Clinton left himself open for attacks with his constant immoral and illegal activities. But Limbaugh also worked with the opposition and showed how the Republicans were doing things that were positive. It was his showcasing those positives that allowed many Americans to see things that were not in the newspapers or on the news shows. He created a revolution by doing this.

Air America was/is not creating anything positive. There was/is little or no discussion of the great things in life. Their message was/is one of disgust and anger. They vent their anger publicly over and over again. They seem to want to destroy and not to build something new. People do not want to hear that. Advertisers do not want to have their names associated with anger.

Maybe this bankruptcy will help them to recover. Maybe they will start to build a shiny new vision of the future instead of constantly venting about the one we live in. Maybe. I doubt it. Franken does not know how to build.

Has Air America even noticed that unemployment is considered to be so negligible that everyone who wants a job has one? Or that America has one of the best economies in decades? Or that, even with horrible overspending by the Republican congress, the deficit has been half paid off already? Three years ahead of schedule? These are positives. These could make the world a better place.

I think Air America had promise. It has been wasted. IF they can clean up and become a force for positive change instead of negativity they might be able to return someday. If.

My world view

The world today is entering a period of suspicion and fear. The beginning of each new century seems to bring a period like this and it is hard to fight, we, as a world people, must endure it while suppressing it as much as possible.

Muslim terrorists are murdering anyone who disagrees with them in any way. Other Muslims are afraid to speak out against these murderers for fear of being next and also because they know what is written in the Koran. The worst part is that I think Islam has a lot going for it, if they could drop the parts that include murder, abuse, genocide and slavery. Lopping off the heads of murderers and the hands of thieves sounds like good practice, for instance.

Communists lost almost all credibility in the last century and are now working from within the systems of the West. They have been slowly forcing their insanity and version of "social justice" through the governments that they can control.

I fear that the weakened West no longer has the will to stand up to the terrorists. The Communists have been striving for years to emasculate the West and this is the chance for the forces of Islam to move in and take over.

President Bush has stopped fighting the good fight. He is afraid to send troops to anywhere anymore because of the Communists and their protests and accusations. This loss of nerve and backbone might be the death knell for American and Western values. Bush has barely even stood up to this 'study' released in the Lancet declaring massive casualties in Iraq. This same group of "researchers" released inflated figures right before the last US election and some of the senior staff are regulars on the Stop the War rally circuit. I wonder if there might be a political connection to these guys and the terrorists who are being killed? I am also forced to wonder why Bush has refused to defend himself in more than a token way? Has he somehow found a stash of drugs the Clinton administration forgot?

I strongly favor a military sweep through our cities and towns searching for illegal foreign trespassers, terrorists and druggies. Why military? Because I do not believe that the law enforcement agencies require heavy weapons and yet they are already out gunned. Marines who have already fought through truly dangerous places full of trained military guerrillas and terrorists will have no problems cracking the skulls of a bunch of gangbangers, thugs, mobsters, and terrorists trying to hide in a truly civilian population. Which means they do not have access to as many or as powerful weapons as they would if they were on their home turf. Here the forces of evil always have to wonder if they are dealing with someone from the FBI or DHS.

Enough for tonight. I will continue this thought again soon. Stay tuned!

Tuesday, October 03, 2006

Went to the Marine Corps League meeting tonight. It is so much fun to talk to the Old Corps guys and listen to them talk about things. They tend to have a different outlook on life then most people today. I think it might just be because they consider me to be a kid. Anyone under fifty is considered a kid in that room! The next youngest guys were in Vietnam when I was born. Oy!

But I did learn that on the 28th of October the Sheriff will hold a meeting there to enlist Special Deputies. No badges or anything, but kind of like Reserve Deputies but even more informal. Only to be used in case of a major disaster in this region. I guess that I will have to go! At least to check it out.

Welcome aboard

This is just a first post, but I am going to try this since my posts on FriendFinder keep getting lost or delayed. I hope this works better.

My posts are mainly going to be about politics or security issues. My two hangups. I am a news junkee and will post as my work and family life give me time.

I am also going to post things that directly affect my local area in the security arena. My area is mid Missouri, USA. This stuff can also be used by others in other quiet sections of the country. Big city folk probably will think that many of the threats now felt by us in 'fly over country' are routine.

Welcome aboard all!
