"Taliban executed civilians", Dutch News, The Netherlands, Holland, Expatica

The Religion of Peace and Tolerance strikes again. This is why the West needs to help these poor people. Disgusting stuff!

"Taliban executed civilians", Dutch News, The Netherlands, Holland, Expatica: "Taliban fighters executed Afghan civilians, including women, who refused to join them during a recent fierce battle against NATO and Afghan government forces in the south, the Dutch military chief said Friday.

Citing ''solid reports'' from Afghan police, Gen. Dick Berlijn said Dutch and Afghan forces, supported by Dutch and U.S. air strikes, fended off an attempt by about 500 Taliban fighters to overrun the southern town of Chora last weekend.

During the attack, Taliban fighters tried to force local civilians to fight alongside them, ''and killed citizens who refused - they were hauled out of their houses by the Taliban and executed,'' Berlijn told reporters."

Don't Ask, Don't Tell -- Especially in War by Catherine Moy - HUMAN EVENTS

Wonderful. Fighting against Islamofascists is not enough for these Leftists. I say that San Fran gets its wish and the US pulls all military and police forces out of that city for one year. I wonder how the crime rate will go?

On a related note, since Muslims want to kill all the gays, I think that allowing gays to fight is only common sense. I hated serving with them there! However, they might be put in special gay units who will irritate the Muslims into massive human wave assaults. Could be fun...

Don't Ask, Don't Tell -- Especially in War by Catherine Moy - HUMAN EVENTS: "Democrats and their allies have a new symbol in their battle against America’s war on Muslim Jihadists: the rainbow flag of the gay movement.

The white flag of surrender apparently was not sufficient. So the Democrats have raised the rainbow flag and rolled out an assault on former President Bill Clinton’s “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy for gays in the military.

San Francisco Bay Area Congresswoman Ellen Tauscher, a Democrat, last week announced to eager liberal constituents that she is the new point person to allow gays to serve openly in the military."

BLACKFIVE: RCT-6 Update: 4,970 emails and Three Flags

Email these guys, they can use the encouragement.

BLACKFIVE: RCT-6 Update: 4,970 emails and Three Flags: "Sgt. Deboard writes this morning to tell us that we're at 4,970 emails. The sudden jump -- two days ago we were at 1,700 and slowing -- has gotten him wondering just how many emails will really come in.

The Marines he's been passing them out to are very pleased. They may not have time to write back, of course, but he wanted you to know it's making a difference to them.

So much of a difference, in fact, that the RCT wants to do a little something to celebrate. They've decided to send a gift to the 6,000th person to email them.

They'll fly an American flag at RCT-6 HQ, and them mail it to you. The flags will come with a certificate showing your name and the date on which it was flown. It's the Regimental Combat Team's way of showing you how much they appreciate all the support that has suddenly been flowing their way.

If they get 10,000 emails, they'll do it again for the 10,000th. And if they someday get 20,000 -- it's hard to say how many emails might eventually show up over time -- they will do it yet again.

I know none of you who've written did it with the thought that the RCT might send you something in return -- we did it for the Marines. They've noticed, though, and it's meant a lot to them.

Keep it up.

RCT-6l"

Operation Phantom Thunder: The Battle of Iraq (The Fourth Rail)

It sounds like the military has things well in hand! Too bad you will not read this good news in the primary media sources. At least some people notice it and let the common people, like me, know.

Operation Phantom Thunder: The Battle of Iraq (The Fourth Rail): "A status update on the operations in the Baghdad Belts and beyond

Operation Phantom Thunder, the name of the overarching operation to secure the Baghdad Belts, is now in its fifth day. As noted yesterday, Phantom Thunder is a corps-level operation, with multiple U.S. and Iraqi divisions engaged on multiple fronts. Iraqi Security Forces and Multinational Forces Iraq are engaged in intense fights in four main theaters: Baghdad proper, and the belts regions consisting of Diyala and southern Salahadin provinces to the north, northern Babil province to the south, and eastern Anbar province to the west of Baghdad. The fighting has been the most intense in the city of Baqubah, the provincial capital of Diyala.

The concurrent operations in each theater have been named in most cases. Operation Arrowhead Ripper, managed by Multinational Division North is underway in Baqubah and greater Diyala province. Multinational Division Central is running two operations: Operation Marne Torch southwest of Baghdad and Operation Commando Eagle to the southeast. The current operation in eastern Anbar, managed by Multinational Forces West has not yet been named. Operation Fardh al-Qanoon (otherwise known as the Baghdad Security Plan), which officially kicked off in mid-February, is managed by Multinational Division Baghdad and the Iraqi Baghdad Operational Command."

BBC NEWS | Middle East | Iran 'unable to take Australians'

Good for the Aussies! They have more guts than the vast majority of English. That might be why it is one of the very few contries I respect. Good on ya, mates!

BBC NEWS | Middle East | Iran 'unable to take Australians': "When Iranian Revolutionary Guards captured the British sailors and Royal Marines in March, it was not exactly their first attempt.

It turns out that Iranian forces made an earlier concerted attempt to seize a boarding party from the Royal Australian Navy.

The Australians, though, to quote one military source, 'were having none of it'.

The BBC has been told the Australians re-boarded the vessel they had just searched, aimed their machine guns at the approaching Iranians and warned them to back off, using what was said to be 'highly colourful language'."

Islamic pressure in Paris forces evangelical congregation to vacate building (OneNewsNow.com)

The French might have finally taken a step towards freeing themselves from dhimmitude, but this is evidence that the previous liberal administration has really ruined the country. I hope it gets fixed soon!

Islamic pressure in Paris forces evangelical congregation to vacate building (OneNewsNow.com): "After a long struggle against Islamic intimidation, an evangelical church in the outskirts of Paris has been forced to vacate the 1,000-square-foot facility where it had been meeting.

The Temple de Paris Church has been located in the Paris suburb of Bagnolet. Christine Thabot, the wife of the pastor, says Muslims have been trying to get rid of them since 2005, but local authorities had permitted the church to remain in the facility, paying 8,000 euros a month (~ $9,400 U.S.) in rent.

According to Thabot, the Muslims changed their strategy. 'They attacked our owner this time,' she explains. 'They took up the case and [told him he was] not allowed to have this church open -- and on Friday we [were told] that we had to get out of our premises.'

Thabot says Temple de Paris Church has been unable to secure another worship center. 'For an evangelical or Protestant church, it is almost next to impossible to buy or to rent any premises,' she says. 'As soon as they find out you are a church, there is nothing open to us.'

Thabot says many churches in the area have been closed and have had similar difficulties in securing new facilities. But she claims Muslims can secure property for building a mosque simply by paying one euro to the authorities."

In Israel, Palestinians tell of Hamas butchery - Haaretz - Israel News

The stories of the terror left in Gaza now that the terrorists are fully in charge are both sickening and ironic. It is not shocking at all, unfortunately. I hope that the UN food shipments get delayed so that Hamas has to buy food with its weapons budget.

In Israel, Palestinians tell of Hamas butchery - Haaretz - Israel News: "'I wanted to shoot myself for voting Hamas,' another patient said. He came with his brother, who had been shot in the head while evacuating wounded people in his taxi. 'We really believed Hamas would change things,' he said.

'Hamas has money and weapons for the next 20 years. All the youngsters want to join it, it offers good wages, not what we get from the Palestinian Authority,' he said.

'Hamas is no different from Bush. Israel is also to blame. Israel starved us, wouldn't let Abu Mazen [Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas] display any achievements or force, while Hamas kept getting stronger.'

Israel could have stopped Hamas' attacks on Fatah's offices, but it didn't, he added.

Later yesterday, Zecharia Alrai, 39, an officer in Fatah's elite Force 17 commando unit, arrived. He had been abducted by four Hamas gunmen a week ago. They loaded him into a jeep and drove him to an isolated spot, where they shot three bullets into his leg and dumped him.

'That's not Islam. That's evil and hypocrisy. How ironic that Israel is rescuing us from our Muslim 'brothers,'' he said."

Poultry workers test positive for TB

All these illegals are spreading diseases to the good legal Americans. What a scary situation! Maybe we should deport these sick people before they infect anyone else. Just a thought. Since I do not think they should be given amnesty as a first step.

GreenvilleOnline.com -Local News-Poultry workers test positive for TB - (6/20/2007): "State health officials tested 286 employees at a Greenville poultry-processing plant for tuberculosis after a case of TB was reported there, and nearly half had a positive skin test.

The investigation at Columbia Farms began a week ago after tests on the first individual confirmed active TB, said Thom Berry, spokesman for the state Department of Health and Environmental Control.

The positive skin tests on 131 of the workers means they were exposed to TB sometime in their lives, not that they have active disease, he said.

Of those workers, 63 had chest X-rays, revealing two possible cases of active disease, though officials are still awaiting confirmatory tests, he said. Neither is showing any symptoms, but they are being treated along with the initial individual, he said. Treatment involves taking antibiotics for six to 12 months.

Berry said investigators were not surprised by the number of positive skin tests because so many of the employees are foreign-born. People born in other countries are nearly nine times more likely to have TB than those born in the U.S., according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention."

Read the sunspots

Excellent post. This post is full of the true science behind 'global warming' and helps explain what some have been saying for a couple of years. This is just further proof that mankind is not behind the global warming. How about that! It seems that the sun is the prime culprit! And we are actually due to come out of this global warming trend and quickly enter into an overdue ice age. Buy your new long underwear now, before the ice hits!

Read the sunspots: "Politicians and environmentalists these days convey the impression that climate-change research is an exceptionally dull field with little left to discover. We are assured by everyone from David Suzuki to Al Gore to Prime Minister Stephen Harper that 'the science is settled.' At the recent G8 summit, German Chancellor Angela Merkel even attempted to convince world leaders to play God by restricting carbon-dioxide emissions to a level that would magically limit the rise in world temperatures to 2C.

The fact that science is many years away from properly understanding global climate doesn't seem to bother our leaders at all. Inviting testimony only from those who don't question political orthodoxy on the issue, parliamentarians are charging ahead with the impossible and expensive goal of 'stopping global climate change.' Liberal MP Ralph Goodale's June 11 House of Commons assertion that Parliament should have 'a real good discussion about the potential for carbon capture and sequestration in dealing with carbon dioxide, which has tremendous potential for improving the climate, not only here in Canada but around the world,' would be humorous were he, and even the current government, not deadly serious about devoting vast resources to this hopeless crusade."

Fred Thompson on CAIR

Found this link on lgf. This says about the same as what I do! I might have found a man to vote for.

ABC Radio Networks: "I've talked before about the Council on American-Islamic Relations -- most recently because it filed that lawsuit against Americans who reported suspicious behavior by Muslims on a U.S. Airways flight. Better known just as CAIR, the lobbying group has come under a lot of scrutiny lately for its connections to terror-supporting groups. This time, though, The Washington Times has uncovered some very good news about the group.

For years, CAIR has claimed to represent millions of American Muslims. In fact, they claim to represent more Muslim in American than ... there are in America. This has alarmed Americans in general as the group often seems to be more aligned with our enemies than us -- which isn't surprising as it spun off from a group funded by Hamas. As you know, Hamas has been waging a terrorist war against Israel and calls for its total destruction. It also promises to see America destroyed. Nowadays, Hamas is busy murdering its Palestinian political rivals.

Even with this history, and CAIR's conspicuous failure to condemn Hamas by name, it has been treated as if represents Muslim Americans by our own government. The good news is that the financial support CAIR claims to have among American Muslims is a myth. We know this because The Washington Times got hold of the group's IRS tax records.

CAIR's dues-paying membership has shrunk 90 percent since"

TB dad visits Japan hospital,100 babies to be tested

Not sure how to feel about this! This is bad, but not really his fault. What can be improved to prevent this in the future?

Reuters AlertNet - TB dad visits Japan hospital,100 babies to be tested: "Around 100 babies will be tested for tuberculosis at a hospital near Tokyo after a Japanese man who was unknowingly infected with TB repeatedly visited the maternity ward there to see his newborn.

The hospital in Saitama City just north of Tokyo said on Wednesday that no babies have shown symptoms of the disease so far, but about 100 babies who could have come into contact with the TB bacteria would undergo X-ray tests.

The father visited the ward 47 times since January before he started coughing and was diagnosed with tuberculosis last week.

TB infects about a third of the global population and kills 1.6 million a year. Any person with active tuberculosis can spread the bacteria to others.

The disease is still common in Japan, with 80 people coming down with it every day and six losing their lives because of it, according to the Japan Anti-Tuberculosis Association."

Activists vow to disrupt Australia military drills

Sounds like a good chance to show that war can be conducted around around civilians. Or to have some live fire exercises! Send them to Gaza to protest against Hamas.

Reuters AlertNet - Activists vow to disrupt Australia military drills: "Anti-war activists said on Tuesday they were prepared to risk their lives to disrupt a military exercise involving almost 30,000 U.S. and Australian troops off Australia's north coast.

More than 120 military aircraft, a number of tanks and 30 naval vessels, including nuclear-powered aircraft carriers and submarines, are taking part in the exercise, stretched across two Australian states including areas near the Great Barrier Reef.

'Our consciences will not allow us to stand by while troops prepare for more war,' said Treena Lenthall, a spokeswoman for a group of peace organisations.

She said activists had infiltrated the training area and would stay as long as possible. Australian defence officials said they were unaware of any protesters, however.

Held every two years, the Talisman Sabre exercise starting on Tuesday will involve about 7,500 Australian soldiers and 20,000 U.S. marines and sailors in Queensland state and the Northern Territory, an area bigger than Belgium."

Wars Update: Failed Dogmas Struggle On

This long article covers the current wars around the world and notes that many are about over. Time will tell how the War on Radical Islam (ie Terror) will end up. The military thinks it can win, the politicians are determined to prove otherwise.

Wars Update: Failed Dogmas Struggle On: "You'd never know it from the headlines, but, overall, things quieted down in the past year. Violence has diminished, or disappeared completely, in places like Nepal, Chechnya. Congo, Indonesia and Burundi. This continues a trend that began when the Cold War ended, and the Soviet Union no longer subsidized terrorist and rebel groups everywhere. The current wars are basically uprisings against police states or feudal societies, which are seen as out-of-step with the modern world. Many are led by radicals preaching failed dogmas (Islamic conservatism, Maoism), that still resonate among people who don't know any better."

BBC 'risked safety of troops'

What a shocker. The BBC wants to tell the sworn enemy where the troops are so that they can be ambushed. Can they be tried for treason? I know that they will NOT be charged, because it is unfashionable to accuse liberals of any crime. Can attempted murder be charged? If anyone wasa injured or died, can they be charged with manslaughter? There must be SOMETHING!

BBC 'risked safety of troops' | Uk News | News | Telegraph: "The BBC was accused last night of risking the safety of British forces in Iraq after trawling for information on troop movements in the war-torn country.

Politicians reacted in disbelief to the revelation that for over two hours yesterday, the BBC News website carried a request for people in Iraq to report on troop movements.

The request was removed from the website after it sparked furious protests that the corporation was endangering the lives of British servicemen and women.

But according to accounts last night, a story on a major operation by US and Iraqi troops against al-Qa'eda somewhere north of Baghdad contained an extraordinary request for information about the movement of troops.

Last night the BBC confirmed the wording of the request was: 'Are you in Iraq? Have you seen any troop movements? If you have any information you would like to share with the BBC, you can do so using the form below.'"

Peace activists, UN workers killed in Hamas offensive

More Hamas/Islamic murder ignored by the media. Why? Could it be that they just hate the poor Muslims so much that they refuse to document when they are murdered? Maybe?

Peace activists, UN workers killed in Hamas offensive: "Peace activists, UN workers killed in Hamas offensive

During the final hours of Hamas' military conquest of the Gaza Strip last Thursday, two peace activists and a pair of UN aid workers were gunned down by members of the terror group.

The first incident occurred when some 1,000 unarmed Palestinian demonstrators marched in Gaza City demanding that Hamas end its murderous rampage, reported Ha'aretz. As the protesters approached a Hamas position, militants opened fire, killing two people and sending the rest scattering in fear.

Shortly after, two employees of the UN refugee relief agency operating in Gaza were shot dead by Hamas gumen, prompting the world body to suspend its aid work in the blood-soaked coastal strip.

Neither slaying of innocent, unarmed civilians by Gaza's new Islamic overlords was deemed headline news by the mainstream international press.

Commentators noted that had the victims been killed by Israeli soldiers, their deaths would have been front page news for days, as well as triggering a special session of every relevant UN council."

U.S. transfers 6 from Guantanamo prison - Yahoo! News

Nice that these terrorists have served a long enough sentence. Interesting that one of the killers being released is a wanted man in his home country! Poor killer.

U.S. transfers 6 from Guantanamo prison - Yahoo! News: "The U.S. announced the transfer Tuesday of six Guantanamo Bay prisoners back to their home countries, including one who, according to his lawyers, now may face abuse in Tunisia for nonviolent political activities.

With the transfer of four men to Yemen and two to Tunisia, the U.S. military says it now holds about 375 men at its base in southeast Cuba on suspicion of terrorism or links to al-Qaida or the Taliban.

The U.S. did not disclose the names of the prisoners, but lawyers and human rights groups identified one as Abdullah bin Omar, a 50-year-old Tunisian who has been held without charge since August 2002."

Israeli planes, tanks hit Gaza

Now that the internal killing is almost over, it is time to start the military actions and kill anyone with a gun! Now that they are all Hamas, this should be a lot easier to sort the sheep from the goats. Or in this case, the swine from the hogs. Oink oink little Hamas piggies!

Israeli planes, tanks hit Gaza - Yahoo! News: "Israel fired missiles and sent tanks on a foray into Gaza on Wednesday, killing four Palestinians in the deadliest military action since Hamas militants took control of the coastal strip.

At the same time, Israel allowed in a few sick and wounded Palestinians of the hundreds of people who fled the violence — with many holed up for days at a fetid border passage with Gaza.

At the same time, Israel allowed in a few sick and wounded Palestinians who had been holed up for days at a fetid border passage with Gaza.

A teenager with leukemia and four other Palestinians in need of medical care went through the tunnel at the Erez crossing in Israel, the military said. Israeli officials also authorized entry of all foreigners living in Gaza."

When the anti-terrorism cop is Muslim - Los Angeles Times

While I understand the other cops worries, I think that it is a great thing that some Muslims are finally starting to be heard from to counter the jihadis. Hopefully, this guys bosses and coworkers are letting him know they appreciate him!

When the anti-terrorism cop is Muslim - Los Angeles Times: "Like the other detectives in his anti-terrorism unit, Mustafa wears a mask during raids.

He calls it 'the Spiderman thing.' The mask protects his identity and adds to the intimidating effect as he bursts through doors behind SWAT officers aiming laser-sighted weapons at suspects.

During interrogations, the mask comes off. The suspects stare at a young man much like themselves: a son of North African immigrants, an Arabic-speaker, a practicing Muslim. They react with surprise or hate — never indifference.

'I am the worst enemy for them,' Mustafa says. 'I speak their language. I know how they think. I have gotten a lot of threats. They say: 'You are worse than the Americans. The Americans are Christians. They are fighting their crusade. But you are a Muslim traitor.' ... One guy told me: 'If I could get hold of one of your guns and it only had one bullet, it would be for you.' '"

The Battle of the Belts (The Fourth Rail)

The British kicked off just hours before the Americans did. Now the hurt is being served up and the terrorists lock around Baghdad is being smashed. Finally! Good luck, guys!

The Battle of the Belts (The Fourth Rail): "”Major Operations” underway in the regions surrounding Baghdad

By DJ Elliott and Bill Roggio

Baghdad and the surrounding belts, click to view.

With the last U.S. combat brigade to hit the ground over the last two weeks as part of the surge, Multinational Forces Iraq has declared the beginning of “major combat operations” in the belts regions surrounding Baghdad. The Baghdad Belts, which included Eastern Anbar, northern Babil, and southern Salahadin and Diyala provinces, has long been a staging area for al Qaeda and insurgent operations into Baghdad, and a key part of the Baghdad Security Plan is denying these regions to the enemy.

In the June 16 briefing given by Defense Robert Gates, General David Petraeus and Ambassador Ryan Crocker, General Petraeus explained that the past four months have set the stage for the 'large, coordinated offensive operations' which kicked off over the weekend. The combat, logistics and intelligence pieces have been 'put in place over the past several months,' while a clear intelligence picture was developed of the regions surrounding Baghdad. 'We have been doing what we might call shaping operations in a lot of these different areas [in the belts], feeling the edges, conducting intelligence gathering, putting in special operators.'"

Iraqis, British strike Iranian backed “secret cells” in the south (The Fourth Rail)

About time! The Surge is finally being utilized to chase the terrorists away from the civilians. Kill anyone with a gun, guys!

Iraqis, British strike Iranian backed “secret cells” in the south (The Fourth Rail): "20 killed in attack on the Qazali Network in Amara and Majjar al-Kabir; Mahdi Army facilitator detained in Kirkuk, secret cell leader captured in Baghdad

Iraqi Special Operations Forces, backed by British troops, conducted major raids against the Qazali Network in the southern province of Maysan. Over 20 members of the network were killed, 6 wounded and 1 captured in the raid against “the secret cell terrorist network known for facilitating the transport of weapons and explosively formed penetrators, or EFPs, from Iran to Iraq, as well as bringing militants from Iraq to Iran for terrorist training” in Amarah and Majjar al-Kabir. Some reports indicate the number is as high as 36. Iraqi and British forces called in airstrikes after meeting heavy resistance on the ground, which included “heavy small-arms fire and rocket-propelled grenade attacks.”

The raids in Amara and Majjar al-Kabir are the latest in a series of Coalition and Iraqi operations designed to dismantle the Qazali and the Sheibani networks, which are Iraqi manned and led networks operated by Iran’s Qods Force. Coalition and Iraqi forces killed at least 47 members of this network and captured 88 since major operations began in April 27, 2007."

Gaza's Christians fear for their lives | Jerusalem Post

I know that Muslims are filled with hate, but desecrating a church is a sure way to Hell. Not that Muslims seem to mind. Churches, synogogs, and mosques should all be sancuarys of peace, not subject to attack! Just another reason why Hamas is evil. Make that Evil! They are a cult of Death, which is obsessed with murder.

Gaza's Christians fear for their lives | Jerusalem Post: "Christians living in Gaza City on Monday appealed to the international community to protect them against increased attacks by Muslim extremists. Many Christians said they were prepared to leave the Gaza Strip as soon as the border crossings are reopened.

The appeal came following a series of attacks on a Christian school and church in Gaza City over the past few days.

Father Manuel Musalam, leader of the small Latin community in the Gaza Strip, said masked gunmen torched and looted the Rosary Sisters School and the Latin Church.

'The masked gunmen used rocket-propelled grenades to storm the main entrances of the school and church,' he said. 'Then they destroyed almost everything inside, including the Cross, the Holy Book, computers and other equipment.'"

lgf: ABC: Suicide Bomb Teams Sent to US, Europe

What? THe terrorists are only now admitting to ending idiots over here? If they are asking the media to post this stuff, then how amny other teams are already here? Want to bet that it is in the hundreds? I guess that killing random Arabs on the street is illegal, but so should killing of anyone! We need to stop allowing these monsters to go back home to get trained. Pick a country and stay! Give them a three month window and close them down. Or open a Muslim hunting season. Wonder how long it would take to get my bag limit?

lgf: ABC: Suicide Bomb Teams Sent to US, Europe: "Large teams of newly trained suicide bombers are being sent to the United States and Europe, according to evidence contained on a new videotape obtained by the Blotter on ABCNews.com.

Teams assigned to carry out attacks in the United States, Canada, Great Britain and Germany were introduced at an al Qaeda/Taliban training camp graduation ceremony held June 9.

A Pakistani journalist was invited to attend and take pictures as some 300 recruits, including boys as young as 12, were supposedly sent off on their suicide missions.

The tape shows Taliban military commander Mansoor Dadullah, whose brother was killed by the U.S. last month, introducing and congratulating each team as they stood."
