Pentagon Islam Expert Fired

Ah, even when the Muslims are slaughtering everyone they can find who will not bow to Allah five times a day, anyone who points this out gets kicked out of the Defense Department? This is insanity!

I remember when we had people who were hired because they were on opposite sides of the argument and could help our leaders to see both sides and make the best decisions based upon that advice. Now, only the PC line is allowed for fear of insulting the people who want to kill us. We insult them by not accepting their god as our own. That is all they need.

lgf: Pentagon Islam Expert Fired: " Stephen Coughlin, the Pentagon specialist on Islamic law and Islamist extremism, has been fired from his position on the military’s Joint Staff. The action followed a report in this space last week revealing opposition to his work for the military by pro-Muslim officials within the office of Deputy Defense Secretary Gordon England.

Mr. Coughlin was notified this week that his contract with the Joint Staff will end in March, effectively halting the career of one of the U.S. government’s most important figures in analyzing the nature of extremism and ultimately preparing to wage ideological war against it.

He had run afoul of a key aide to Mr. England, Hasham Islam, who confronted Mr. Coughlin during a meeting several weeks ago when Mr. Islam sought to have Mr. Coughlin soften his views on Islamist extremism.

Mr. Coughlin was accused directly by Mr. Islam of being a Christian zealot or extremist “with a pen,” according to defense officials. Mr. Coughlin appears to have become one of the first casualties in the war of ideas with Islamism.

The officials said Mr. Coughlin was let go because he had become “too hot” or controversial within the Pentagon.

Misguided Pentagon officials, including Mr. Islam and Mr. England, have initiated an aggressive “outreach” program to U.S. Muslim groups that critics say is lending credibility to what has been identified as a budding support network for Islamist extremists, including front groups for the radical Muslim Brotherhood."

Extremism Creating 'No-Go' Areas for Non-Muslims in Britain

Muslims multiculturalism? Is that the same as slavery for non-Muslims?

FOXNews.com - Bishop: Extremism Creating 'No-Go' Areas for Non-Muslims in Britain - International News | News of the World | Middle East News | Europe News: "Islamic extremism in Britain has created communities that are 'no-go areas' for non-Muslims, a Pakistani-born Church of England bishop said in The Sunday Telegraph.

Michael Nazir-Ali, the bishop of Rochester, told the newspaper that Britain's policies of multiculturalism have created separate Muslim communities that fail to integrate into mainstream society.

'There has been a worldwide resurgence of the ideology of Islamic extremism. One of the results of this has been to further alienate the young from the nation in which they were growing up and also to turn already separate communities into `no-go' areas where adherence to this ideology has become a mark of acceptability,' said Nazir-Ali.

'Those of a different faith or race may find it difficult to live or work there because of hostility to them,' he said.

A British Muslim leader criticized Nazir-Ali's comments.

'It's irresponsible for a man of his position to make these comments,' Imam Ibrahim Mogra of the Muslim Council of Britain said in comments published by The Sunday Telegraph. 'He should accept that Britain is a multicultural society in which we are free to follow our religion at the same time as being extremely proud to be British. We wouldn't al"

Who Benefits From Bhutto's Death?

I still say that only the terrorists benefit, but this article gives an interesting analysis of the situation. Good reading.

India-Pakistan: Who Benefits From Bhutto's Death?: "The rioting in Pakistan, following the assassination of presidential candidate Benazir Bhutto, has died down, leaving about sixty dead. India has taken its border troops off alert, as there has been no flood of refugees. The Pakistani elections, scheduled for January 8th, have been delayed a month. The government has photos of the assassins, and is offering a huge reward ($164,000) for information about their identity. Officially, the Taliban and al Qaeda deny carrying out the Bhutto killing, but the government has many convincing radio intercepts that say otherwise, and the terrorists are openly pleased about the death of a politician who called for more effective counter-terror operations. While many blame the government for killing Bhutto, the terrorists had more to gain by having her gone. Bhutto was the military government's easy way out of their increasingly unpopular dictatorship. The other major candidate for president, Nawaz Sharif, has a grudge against the military (which overthrew him), while Bhutto has been more accommodating."

Why the Surge Worked

Not only are we winning, but here is an article that explains why. Not that the basics of this are unknown to people who can read the untold stories that the Media ignores. It has been a good run, but the Left and their Jihadi puppets are losing. I can almost pity them. Losers.

Winning: Why the Surge Worked: "Over a year ago, a new plan was announced for improving security in Iraq. The plan was simply to increase U.S. presence in the country by 30,000 personnel with a three-fold contribution by Iraqi forces. Other Coalition nations provided additional personnel for the plan. The center of this plan would be Iraq's center of gravity, Baghdad, which is the political center and largest city in the country. The sectarian 'fault line' runs throughout out the city.

Now, over a year later, the Surge plan has been successful. Violence is down 60 percent nationwide. Al Qaeda in Iraq (AQI) has been expelled from Baghdad and Anbar Province and is currently on the run. Iraqi Ministry of the Interior (Waziriat al Dakhaliyah) has recently stated that AQI is 75 percent destroyed. Both the reduction in violence levels and AQI losses can be reinforced through Open Source Intelligence (OSINT)."

Bhutto assassins released from Gitmo?

Read this to learn about how the peaceniks forced the release of some of the top Taliban and Al Qaeda leaders so that they could kill the advocates for peace.

American Thinker: Go Directly To Jihad, Do Not Pass Gitmo: "Everyone, it seems, from Human Rights Watch to Amnesty International to Hollywood and even to former Secretary of State Colin Powell, is upset with our treatment of Guantanamo detainees and thinks GTMO should be closed.

Here are the facts:

(1) a large number, perhaps a majority, of GTMO detainees have already been released; and

(2) a good number of those have returned to their deadly jihadi ways, where by their own words 'jihad' means 'we will attack them in the US and Britain until they either accept Islam or agree to pay jizya.'

And now there is a connection to the Bhutto assassination."

Press, political pressure helped 'lose' Fallujah, report says - - The Washington Times, America's Newspaper

I am so shocked. Really.

It is about time that someone admitted that the media influences the politicians and public who then can order the military to change the way it operates. Which can lead to additional deaths.

Press, political pressure helped 'lose' Fallujah, report says - - The Washington Times, America's Newspaper: "A secret intelligence assessment of the first battle of Fallujah shows that the U.S. military thinks that it lost control over information about what was happening in the town, leading to 'political pressure' that ended its April 2004 offensive with control being handed to Sunni insurgents.

'The outcome of a purely military contest in Fallujah was always a foregone conclusion — coalition victory,' read the assessment, prepared by analysts at the U.S. Army's National Ground Intelligence Center, or NGIC.

'But Fallujah was not simply a military action, it was a political and informational battle. ... The effects of media coverage, enemy information operations and the fragility of the political environment conspired to force a halt to U.S. military operations,' concluded the assessment."

A cold spell soon to replace global warming

Others have said similar things, but this one has the science written into it. Good reading!

RIA Novosti - Opinion & analysis - A cold spell soon to replace global warming: "Stock up on fur coats and felt boots! This is my paradoxical advice to the warm world.

Earth is now at the peak of one of its passing warm spells. It started in the 17th century when there was no industrial influence on the climate to speak of and no such thing as the hothouse effect. The current warming is evidently a natural process and utterly independent of hothouse gases.

The real reasons for climate changes are uneven solar radiation, terrestrial precession (that is, axis gyration), instability of oceanic currents, regular salinity fluctuations of the Arctic Ocean surface waters, etc. There is another, principal reason—solar activity and luminosity. The greater they are the warmer is our climate.

Astrophysics knows two solar activity cycles, of 11 and 200 years. Both are caused by changes in the radius and area of the irradiating solar surface. The latest data, obtained by Habibullah Abdusamatov, head of the Pulkovo Observatory space research laboratory, say that Earth has passed the peak of its warmer period, and a fairly cold spell will set in quite soon, by 2012. Real cold will come when solar activity reaches its minimum, by 2041, and will last for 50-60 years or even longer."

'Establish Islamic state'

They keep advocating for what Allah promised them, yet the Left refuses to believe it. Worse, they refuse to read the Koranic verses that the Islamists quote. The Left listens to the lies of the terror supporters about the Koran and Islam instead of learning for themselves. It is bad for the Christians and Jews, but the other religions get treated even worse by Islam. And most Leftists refuse to admit that there is a God, much less Allah. They blame it all on the West, but what will they do once the Muslims start to force them at gunpoint to pray five times a day?

We are going to be in big trouble soon if the world leaders do not figure out what to do about this threat. If the KKK or Nazis made public statements like this, the police would be all over them. Which is why they don't do it in groups this big. The Islamists need to learn this lesson. Soon.

'Establish Islamic state' - Israel News, Ynetnews: "At its conference in north London on Saturday, the leader of Hizb ut-Tahrir in Britain, Jalaluddin Patel, said that the call for the establishment of a global Islamic state 'holds currency on the streets of Cairo, on the streets of Karachi... and on the streets of Tripoli. And indeed in almost every city in the Muslim world.'

'Brothers and sisters, ladies and gentlemen, plans are being made east and west... for this Muslim world,' Patel declared.

'We from Hizb ut-Tahrir believe passionately that true liberation will come to the Muslim world when we dispense with these ruling elites and these western-inspired systems, and in their place we establish Islam through state and society,' he said, adding that 'Islam solves each and every problem that the Muslim world faces today.'"

Top Military Commander Sacked From Taliban

Sounds like things are going well for the thugs

GroundReport | Top Military Commander Sacked From Taliban: "After his elder brother Mullah Dadullah was killed in the joint operation in May by NATO and Afghan forces, Mansoor had taken over as one of the top military commanders for the Taliban. Mullah was the highest ranking officer to be killed since the overthrow of the Taliban regime since 2001.

However, the Taliban did not state how or why Mansoor Dadullah had disobeyed orders. But the statement said that those working with him should continue on with their normal daily duties.

“Mansoor Dadullah does not obey the rules of the Islamic emirate and violates it.

“Therefore it was decided not to appoint any post in the emirate to him,” according to the Taliban statement."

Central Ohioans Against Terrorism: Anisa Abd El Fattah backs Ron Paul and neo-Nazi STORMFRONT

Here is a cool site with a good message. The link here is to a long article that is now tying CAIR to Ron Paul and his Nazi friends. Not that there is any doubt about these freaks all being in bed together.

Freaks are all allowed to speak freely and to vote for whomever they legally can. That does not mean that they have to be allowed a voice in public where people are required to listen to them. Where is the nutcase chanell for these nuts to spout off on? Oh! CNN! Duh!

Central Ohioans Against Terrorism: Anisa Abd El Fattah backs Ron Paul and neo-Nazi STORMFRONT: "Sultan Knish informs us that our local HAMAS operative, former CAIR national board member and would-be Columbus Public School Board member Anisa Abd El Fattah/Caroline Keeble has a couple of recent posts on the 'Muslims for Ron Paul' Yahoo forum coming out in favor of presidential hopeful Ron Paul and wishing neo-Nazi website STORMFRONT the best of luck in their battle against ADL. How nice.

This is the same Anisa Abd El Fattah who spent this past weekend speaking at a conference for an Iranian government front group identified by former FBI Director Louis Freeh as a direct domestic terror threat.

But don't worry: the Columbus Dispatch still thinks she's a moderate.

In her first message, she encourages candidate Paul not to bow to outside pressure calling for him to return donations from neo-Nazi leaders:"

Terrorists force Brussels to cancel parts of New Years celebration

Nope, Europe is not going to submit.

No Brussels fireworks amid terror threat - Yahoo! News: "Traditional New Year's Eve fireworks in central Brussels have been canceled due to a continuing terror threat in the Belgian capital, officials said Sunday.

The popular downtown Christmas market will close early, at 6 p.m., on Dec. 31 rather than staying open all night, and the adjacent skating rink will shut at 8 p.m.

Authorities warned of an increased risk of attack after police last week detained 14 people suspected of plotting to help an accused al-Qaida militant break out of jail."

Americans learning it all in Iraq

This is great! HA! I love that the Americans know who all the key players are, but we can't catch them. HAHAHAHA!

I wonder if this is going to give more for the "Why can't we find Osama?" crowd to complain about?

As if there was a way to find him just by having thousands of people wandering through the mountains while thousands of snipers hide across the valleys. If that could work then more of the Most Wanted might be in prison.

Intelligence: You Can't Fool Me: "You Can't Fool Me
December 29, 2007: U.S. casualties in Iraq this month are at the lowest they have ever been since U.S. troops entered the country in early 2003. At the same time, American soldiers and marines are still conducting a lot of raids, but are doing it in places the previously tended to stay out of because of the high risk. But it's just those high risk areas where the worst of the bad guys tended to live. So the current raids are yielding lots more information on who was involved in the violence over the last five years, and how they did it. While a lot of the terrorists have been killed, and others have fled the country, they leave documents, family and friends behind. They also leave things like a rifle taken from one of three U.S. troops captured in May of 2007. There has been an intense search for those three since then. One of the soldiers was soon found dead, but the fate of the other two has never been confirmed. But recently, when the rifle was found hidden in a home, the occupant proceeded to provide useful information.

A lot of other useful information, that never makes the news, is collected every day. These little bits of data are filling in pictures of who current terrorist leaders and technicians are, and where they may be. The army's use of databases has made every little bit of data more useful. Enormous amounts of data have been collected on the families of known terrorists. A lot of these violent groups tend to be family affairs. In Iraq, people tend to trust only family, and even there one must be careful. So American troops, armed with quick access to these personnel files, know who to arrest, who to let go, and who to question intensively. Those being questioned are also shaken at the depth of knowledge their interrogators often have of who's who in Iraq, even at the village or neighborhood level. It's not so easy to fool the Americans any more."

Egypt continues to deny hundreds of Hamas and allied terrorists permission to land from Red Sea ferries and carr

Once again the Saudis turn a blond eye to terrorism and terrorists within their territory as long as they are not commit acts against the Muslims there. I wish someone could devise a way to separate the Saudis from the Islamists so that they could be punished! As it is, any attempt to punish the Saudis is seen as a direct attack on Islam. There has to be a way...

DEBKAfile - DEBKAfile sources report: Egypt continues to deny hundreds of Hamas and allied terrorists permission to land from Red Sea ferries and carry $150m to Gaza: "Hamas leaders had been trying to smuggle suitcases packed with Jordanian and Egyptian currency into Gaza from the end of the Mecca pilgrimage last Friday.

If delivered, the money is enough to keep Hamas’ military operations going for another three to four months, including missile and other attacks. Our intelligence sources report that several Hamas operatives aboard the ferries are high on Israel’s wanted terrorist list.

They collected around $50 m from Iran’s Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in a secret rendezvous at a Saudi shrine on Wed. Dec. 19; the rest from Hamas’ parent, the Muslim Brotherhood, which was handed over under cover of the pilgrimage. In September, Brotherhood branches worldwide launched a secret fundraising drive under the slogan: “Contribute to save Hamas rule in Gaza.”

Saudi authorities permitted the cash to be brought into the kingdom and handed to Hamas leaders. Egypt allowed Hamas leaders to leave the Gaza Strip for the hajj but prevented them from returning with their war chest. This resolve was the outcome of Mubarak’s talks with visiting Israeli defense minister Ehud Barak last week and their decision to join forces to combat the war activities mounted"

France cuts ties with Syria

Sarkozy orders suspension of France’s diplomatic ties with Syria

December 30, 2007, 4:07 PM (GMT+02:00)

Aftr talks with Egyptian president Hosni Mubarak in Cairo, French president Nicolas Sarkozy said: “I have ordered by team to suspend diplomatic relations with Syria until we see Syria cooperating in the presidential election in Lebanon.”

Parliament postponed the vote Saturday for the 11th time over the intransigence of the pro-Syrian bloc.

The French president stopped short of severing relations with Damascus, saying:

“I will no longer maintain ties with Syria and order all my colleagues to follow suit.” We can wait no longer. Syria must stop talking and act.
