The attack occurred in a crowded Shiite neighborhood of the religiously mixed area, northwest of Baghdad, as houses collapsed due to the mighty blast, an Iraqi police source told KUNA.

The attacker drove an ice-loaded truck filled with explosives and covered with a layer of gravel, the source said."
