Mentally Retarded Women Used in Bombings

I think it might be safe to say that ANYONE who straps a bomb to themselves to kill others is mentally retarded in someway. But it is disgusting that AQ will use these poor victims like this. Capture them and beat them to death with a pig's leg. I can think of no punishment worse than this or I would suggest it. The mentally retarded should be protected and safe from predators like this. What kind of scum are these?

I don't even think Hillary has used the mentally ill like this, and look at her support base! They are mostly very disturbed!
