Sharia Law gets busted in the UK. Too bad that it is increasing the amount of money that the already overtaxed populace.

Well, the British are so depressed that they will not revolt against this. Few of them know how to fight anymore and those few are insulted and emotionally, verbally, and, sometimes, even physically attacked. The Crown is weak and the British are NOT coming. I wonder if they will like Sharia Law for all?

Apparently several 'prestigious' mosques have refused to register, as per British law, marriages performed at the mosques. The imams, conducting the ceremony, are also unauthorized to conduct legal marriages. These mosques have chosen instead to follow what is required under Islamic law. One suspects that this is the case for the majority of mosques throughout Great Britain.How does this matter?

Well as these mosque-married muslim women found themselves in failed marriages and sued for divorce they made the discovery that, according to British law, they have not been married at all! And thus they and their children are NOT entitled to protection under the marriage law and are not eligible for maintenace payments from the wife's 'husband'.

In an effort to stubbornly thumb their noses at British law in an attempt to place Sharia law over British law --these mosques have placed their female members and their children in the position of having lived in a unmarried state with no legal status.

Of course - it is the British taxpayers who will pick up the support payments, housing benefits, etc. that the 'ex'-husband is now free to abstain from paying."
