The development of a jihadist's mind

This is a long but excellent look at how terrorists are recruited and taught. Read it. If you are a Muslim, please point out the errors in it. Do not attack it as an insult to Islam unless you have proof that what is said is wrong. PLEASE prove it wrong. I want to be able to see why this is wrong.
