GUILTY!!

Given that he was bin Laden's driver and confidant and that the conspiracy to commit acts of terror charges revolved around Hamdan overhearing bin Laden talk about acts of terror and that he was caught transporting an RPG it's not surprising that he was acquitted.

The argument from the Left has been that Hamdan was a low-level al Qaeda member which doesn't seem like much of an argument at all. No one ever said Hamdan was a top member of al Qaeda. Isn't being a member of al Qaeda enough?

Justice served? In the good old days they would have taken him out back and shot him. We'll have to be content with life in prison, which is what Hamdan is facing."
