2 Dead, Hospital on Lock Down After Hazmat Exposure

Where did these people get exposed to such a dangerous chemical? I want more information!

FOXNews.com - 2 Dead, Hospital on Lock Down After Hazmat Exposure - Local News | News Articles | National News | US News: "Two people are dead after nearly half a dozen were exposed to the highly toxic and dangerous chemical nitroaniline, MyFOXSTL.com reported.

Emergency rooms at two St. Louis-area hospitals were closed Saturday afternoon after several people entered the facilities saying they were exposed to a white powdery substance.

St. Anthony's Medical Center in St. Louis was reopened Saturday night, while DePaul Health Center in Bridgeton was expected to be closed to several more hours.

Investigators believe those hospitalized are employees of an East St. Louis business who were mixing chemicals, and then put them into a dumpster, MyFOXSTL.com reported.

Victims reportedly showed up at the hospitals with blue skin, prompting the hospital lock down, the station reported.

About 20 who were exposed to those three patients are also under quarantine."
